Place

The 'place' command differs from the 'stay' command.  A 'place' command tells
the dog to go to its designated area, but the dog does not have to hold a particular
position, such as 'down' or 'sit.'   Instead, the dog simply has to go to, and stay
within, the boundaries of it's 'place.'

This can be achieved in two ways:

1.  Tether the dog consistently, every time it is sent to its place, for
about 2 to 3 months.

2.  Enforce the boundaries manually, without a tether.
